Cave Valley Winery will focus its wine making and private labeled wines on popular grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Chardonnay and Merlot, as well as, many of the popular fruit wines, including blackberry, peach, and blueberry. With a winning combination of both dry and sweet wines Cave Valley Winery’s rustic tasting room will feature a full service French Bistro menu and pair the delicious cuisine with award winning wines of Kentucky.
The winery has set in motion plans to make fine wines using grapes and fruits from some of Kentucky’s finest vineyards and will establish its own vineyard in the next year in a scenic field overlooking the lodge.
